Okay, as some already know, I’ve been a fan of the new Indianapolis Mayor’s Office so far this year.
I even called Abdul’s show (WXNT: 1430AM) to publicly lavish praises on the Mayor for the new “Chip in at The Box” program, for which they installed secure metal drop-boxes in downtown Indianapolis to discourage anyone from giving money to panhandlers. […]
